Dr. Maryam Tanwir holds an MPhil, PhD, and post-doctorate in International Development with a focus on gender, and has over eight years of lecturing experience at Cambridge. She has worked as a gender consultant for the World Bank and the United Nations and currently serves as a Gender Advisor for the South African government.
